Ceramics History Project
February Half Term Activities for Young People
 

We are providing a range of activities for young people between the ages of 8 to 13 years during the February half term period. As well as traditional activities such as arts and crafts, games and sports there will be outings and visits to other local facilities.

The programme will commence on Monday 20th February and conclude Friday 24th February. The sessions are free and will operate from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm. Participants will be allowed to remain on the premises during the lunch break but will require a pack lunch or money to buy food.

The are a limited number of places so early registration is advised to ensure your place.

Ceramics at Winlaton
 

The ceramics class is now in its second term. We have recently acquired a kiln and have applied for funding to have it installed so firing can take place on site here at the Centre.

There are still places available so why not come along and give it a try. Or, if you would like to find out more about our programme, please come along to the Centre and have a chat.

After School Club
 

Winlaton Gateway Project is now approaching its second year. Provision so far has been predominantly with young people with additioanl needs.

We have a qualified staff team of committed and motivated professionals that provide this essential service of after school care.

The programme is aimed at young people between the ages of 10 and 14 years (16 years for those with additional needs).

So, if you have a child within this age range and you are interested in regisering, you are more than welcome to come along and find out for yourself what's on offer.

Kick Boxing Club
 

This new class offers a unique programme of exercise for all ages. The class is facilitated by highly qualified instructors dedicated to the safety of the individual. The classes are both exciting and varied making it an activity for everyone.

Line Dancing Class
 

If you fancy stepping back into the old west, then this is the thing for you. Come along and have a go at this popular form of dancing. It's a fun and exciting way of keeping fit and an excellent way of making new friends. The class takes place every Friday morning so we'll look forward to seeng you there pard.
